We See You

Hi little Nailiens,

I see you and my nails, too! I really wanted to create a weird set of nails. So, yeah, here you have it :D

I had some very cheap lashes laying around the house and because I am too dumb for makeup why not put them on my nails and pair them with googly eyes? 

The base for this nail art is 89 "Iceberg" by Douglas. A light blue lacquer with a bit of grey and silver flakes in it. It has a nice formula and brush so Iceberg is very good and easy to apply.

Next, I applied a layer of clear polish and stick on the metal frames* (not top coat! it will dissolve the polish underneath and the frames will sink in. I learned that the hard way)

Ok, and let's make some creepy eyes...

Starting with cutting the lashes into smaller sections, gluing them with clear polish on a piece of plastic in a half circle and topping that with a googly eye from the craft store.

Stick'em on and wiggle on. Or watch them watching you!
